DiPPING SAUCE (SERVES 10)
Ingredients
Method
1. In a mixing bowl, mix sugar and MSG, with fish sauce until dissolved.
2. Add water, bring the whole mixture to boil.
3. Remove from heat, cool completely.
4. Add vinegar, mix and serve.
- Drinking water (1.5 liters)
- Fish sauce (200 grams)
- MSG (1 teaspoon)
- Sugar (200 grams)
- Vinegar (2 ladles)
